A prominent Canadian owned and operated automotive group reached out to Osborne Recruitment to support sourcing top tier talent to fill a Director of FP&A for their organization; a position previously held by a long tenured, well-respected employee. With over 75+ locations across North America, the company needed a partner with a robust network of diverse candidates who could implement and execute on recruitment strategies to meet crucial timelines. Five well-vetted candidates were presented to the client and interviews arranged allowing the client to select the perfect financial director to join, carry on, and add to the strong foundation built by the predecessor.
STAFF ACCOUNTANT

REGIONAL CONTROLLER
Osborne was chosen to take on an exclusive partnership to source a Regional Controller for a large-scale multi-location retail automotive dealership. The Controller position became available based on a retirement and a new leader was needed to ensure continuity with an extremely complex P&L system.
Osborne Recruitment’s Senior Consultants outlined detailed parameters for their search initiatives to address the specific nuances of the role as well as the varying onsite environments that the Controller would be active in. The candidates successfully completed the interview process with the position ultimately going on hold while the organization restructured. The client felt that two of the four presented candidates were ideal company fits and determined that they would be considered for alternative roles within the finance team.
