Director of Enterprise Accounts – Remote (US)
Osborne Recruitment is delighted to partner with our client as they look to bring on a Director of Enterprise Accounts to lead the Company’s enterprise sales strategy across North America. This role manages a team of National Account Managers, drives new business with multi-location organizations, and builds strong industry relationships. The Director is responsible for sales planning, team development, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a North America–based Enterprise Account team.
- Build strong relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and key industry contacts.
- Create and execute strategies to grow enterprise business and meet revenue targets.
- Oversee accurate CRM usage, sales pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity and share insights with leadership.
- Work with Marketing to support channel programs, campaigns, and long-term sales plans.
- Manage sales incentive programs that drive performance.
- Present to and negotiate with executive-level decision makers.
- Maintain key customer relationships and support closing major deals.
- Travel to customer sites, partner visits, and industry events.
- Represent Company at trade shows and conferences.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing sales talent.
- Implement sales training programs and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Build processes and systems that support scalable, efficient sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of direct sales experience in commercial/enterprise markets, including large contract negotiation.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with proven team development and pipeline management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to influence internal teams and customers and drive strategic thinking.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage long sales cycles.
- Willing to travel up to 60% and manage business expenses responsibly.
