Territory Sales Representative – Northeast Region 

Osborne Recruitment is pleased to partner with a global leader in veterinary dentistry to recruit an experienced Territory Sales Representative for the Northeast region of the United States. This position covers approximately 8–10 states and requires regular travel throughout the territory. A valid, clean driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required. 

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and  strengthening brand presence across the assigned region. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, building long-term client partnerships, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. This role blends strategic sales planning, relationship management, and active field-based engagement. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales across an assigned multi-state territory, achieving or exceeding revenue targets. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. 
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence within the region. 
  • Develop and implement territory strategies, including travel planning and account prioritization. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to support customer needs. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts within CRM systems (HubSpot experience is an advantage). 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategy. 
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications:
Required 

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset. 
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Sales training or certifications may be considered an asset. 

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 DOE
